HOW IT ALL STARTED

 

Year 19510
Sh. Raj Kumar Jain leaves his job to foray into furniture and coal business.

A true visionary and strong willed man, Mr. Raj Kumar started the business of furniture and coal in 1950. With sheer hard work and absolute grit, he visioned and created a brand which is our legacy today. In year 1960 he started a sawmill, followed by Royal Furnishers in 1975. His hard work, risk taking demeanour, generosity and simplicity are foundation of Modbloc's team values. Standing by him in all times was Smt. Santosh Jain, who has always been an umbrella of blessings and goodwill for us all.

Taking the baton forward, Mr. Anil joined business in year 1981, after completing his BTech ( Mechanical). In collaboration with his siblings, he established Rankson Industries in Year 1989. With keen eye for details and quality, he played a key role in delivering quality output to the customers. He has always kept client satisfaction as focus of his work. With his consistent hard work, punctuality and sense of mindful decision making, he has helped build a brand which is mark of quality.

Mr. Sukul joined family business after completing his B.E.(Civil)

Foundation for Modbloc is laid on 30th October

Year 2021
Acquisition of Rankson Industries

In Year 2021, Rankson Industries was acquired and new manufacturing facility was set up in the following year which included a panel saw, through feed and Paint booth. The paint booth facility is a pioneer lacquer engineering technology and Modbloc is one of the very few units to have this setup. This unit has been a strong ancillary unit there on to main production facility and has been efficiently managed by Mr. Babudin with his core team.
